Cookie Care:
Each cookie is made fresh and heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.
If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

Order and Delivery Schedule
Orders open Sunday at 6pm (AEDT). Everything’s baked fresh on Monday and shipped out Tuesday via express post. Most deliveries arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Delays due to shipping providers are out of our control. Tracking info will be sent once your goodies are on the move! We ship to every postal address in Australia. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Are returns and refunds available?
Due to the nature of our baked treats, returns and refunds are not available. However, if there’s an issue with an order, please reach out within 2 days of receiving your package and we’ll do our best to make it right. Please read our refund and shipping policy for more information.
