  • Orders are packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

  • Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your treats leave our kitchen, delivery is handled by the courier. While we’ll always pack your order with care, we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, including weather events, transit disruptions, or busy periods.

  • Tracking details will be sent once your order is on its way. For real-time updates, we recommend contacting the courier directly.

Incorrect or Lost Orders

  • If your order hasn’t arrived or appears to be lost, please contact the courier in the first instance.
