Returns & Refunds

At The Treat Club, we put a whole lot of love (and butter) into every bake. Because our treats are freshly made and perishable, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

If something’s not quite right with your order, for example, you’ve received the wrong item or your treats arrive damaged, please get in touch with us at hello@thetreatclub.com.au within 24 hours of delivery, including a photo and a brief description of the issue. We’ll always do our best to make things right.
